The question is how often and in which systems (Photo: Public Relations)
The German TUV dealership chain is one of the world's largest automotive knowledge centers, as those responsible for performing annual licensing and inspection checks for all cars in one of the world's largest automobile markets.
Each year, the institutes perform almost 10 million such tests, which gives them a fairly accurate picture of the rate of aging of popular models.
Every year the network publishes the reliability data of these models: the rate of failures in the annual inspection and the common problems.
This week the Bild news website ranked the list of the ten models with the lowest failure rate for cars that are about 10 years old.
In Germany, these are cars with an average price of about 5,000 Euros (about NIS 20,000), in Israel, where the prices of used cars are higher because of the higher price of new cars due to the high taxation, the corresponding price can be estimated at about NIS 30,000 on average, except in cases The Mercedes and the Mini in Israel are sold at significantly higher prices relative to their price and positioning in Germany and other European markets.
The list includes, not surprisingly, four Japanese models that are also popular in Israel, and six German models.
