The family of a man between life and death since Saturday's demonstration in Deux-Sèvres has filed a complaint against X for "
attempted murder and willful obstruction of the arrival of help
", we learned this Wednesday with the Rennes prosecutor's office.
They are the parents of a 32-year-old demonstrator from Toulouse who was seriously injured in the head during clashes with the gendarmes around the construction site of a mega-basin in Sainte-Soline.
The investigation into these facts was transferred from the Niort prosecutor's office to that of Rennes because of its military competence.
