The car market continues to grow in Western Europe (European Union, EFTA and the United Kingdom): in March, registrations - according to data from Acea, the association of European manufacturers - were 1,422,147, 26.1% more than in the same month of 2022.
In the first quarter of the year, a total of 3,235,951 were sold, with an increase of 17.5% compared to the same period last year.
The Stellantis group registered 251,122 cars in Western Europe (European Union, EFTA and United Kingdom) in March, 23.3% more than in the same month in 2022. The share is 17.7% compared to 18.1 % of March last year.
In the quarter, the group sold 574,879 cars, with a growth of 9.7% compared to the same period of 2022,
while the share fell from 19 to 17.8%.
