Nurit Geffen, the ex-wife of Yonatan Geffen who passed away a week and a half ago at the age of 76, refers for the first time to the death of the writer and poet in the "Coming in Time" podcast, which she presents together with her good friend Dalia Gutman.
"He died after he fell and got hit. Aviv Gefen paid tribute to his father at the funeral held on Friday a week and a half ago: "Death is a blank page. The letters disappear and there are no neat lines. Because death is a blank page. Just a smooth page that fades, yellows and tears. Yes, there was a lot of me and you. There were many demons that stood between us Like a punching bag. There were timeouts that bled in the corner of the arena. But you were my hero. You were my saddest love. I missed you from the day I was born, and I'll miss you until the day I die."
At the end, Sher Gefen and his sister sang their father's song "A Place for Worry".
