Monique Olivier back in the dock? The Nanterre prosecutor's office announced Wednesday that it had requested a trial before the Hauts-de-Seine Assize Court of the ex-wife of serial killer Michel Fourniret, for complicity in the kidnapping of Estelle Mouzin in 2003, and in the kidnapping and murder of Marie-Angèle Domèce in 1988 and Joanna Parrish in 1990.
She had previously been sentenced to life imprisonment for complicity in murder and rape, along with her ex-husband, in 2008.
Since the death of Michel Fourniret in 2021, Monique Olivier is the only person implicated in these three cases. It is now up to investigating judge Sabine Kheris to decide whether or not to hold a trial. If it were to take place, this trial would be the first of the "cold cases" dedicated to unsolved cases and could be held next November.
