While a 42-year-old woman was killed Wednesday night, shot dead, the violence made a new victim in the night from Thursday to Friday in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône). A 32-year-old man died after being shot in the head and neck, near a nightclub near the opera, at the Old Port (I), says BFMTV.
By the time the firefighters arrived, the victim had lost a lot of blood and could not be resuscitated.
A private dispute?
Shortly after, a man was arrested by police officers of the anti-crime squad (Bac) in possession of a handgun. According to La Provence, the man was under the influence of alcohol and was placed in a sobering-up cell before his custody.

According to the regional daily, this homicide would not be related to drug trafficking but to a private dispute that occurred in the discotheque.
