Likud MK Tali Gottlieb on Thursday attacked TV creator Giora Hamizer, who recently announced the renewal of his beloved children's series "The Octet," after recently attacking Netanyahu several times and the legal revolution the latter is leading. "Giora Hamizer, the one who incited against Netanyahu with disgusting and false videos, found an 'original' method to brainwash and manipulate our children (a bit like the children of terrorists whose hate content is taught in arithmetic class) - Chamizer prepared a TikTok series 'The Octet' that airs on the same channel as all his wild and false incitement videos against the government. Danger."
Two months ago, the Likud filed a police complaint against Khamizer, alleging serious incitement to violence and murder against Prime Minister Netanyahu. In an article by Ohad Hamo broadcast on Channel 12 News about one of the huge demonstrations against the legal revolution, Hamizer said of Netanyahu: "His end will be the end of every dictator in our history." Hamo asked: "I mean?" to which Chamizer replied: "Look at Wikipedia, look at how dictators are finished, that's how Bibi will end."
"We expect the police and the State Prosecutor's Office to act immediately and with full force against manifestations of incitement and violence against the prime minister and elected officials," the Likud said in a statement.

Giora Hamizer, 51, is one of Israel's leading creators and television screenwriters, and has signed many very successful series, the first of which is the program "Shestus" that he created in 1993 for the children's channel. In 2005, he began writing dramas for children, including "The Octet", and later was also signed to the series "The Island", "The Celebrities", "Galis", "The Greenhouse", "Neighborhood" and "Sky".
Earlier this year, Khamizer posted a scathing video on TikTok against the legal revolution, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his son Yair Netanyahu, accusing that the legislation could turn the State of Israel "in less than a month into Bibi's dictatorship." He called on the public to join the demonstrations and make their voices heard. "Join the side of the good guys," he concluded.

You will live in Bibi's dictatorship," Khamizer warned, warning that "this will be a halakhic state, where women and minorities have no rights, where they can put you in jail without trial, for a comment you wrote on Instagram.
