The mother of Eya, 10, had immediately taken the road to Denmark to find her daughter, brutally kidnapped Thursday in Isère by her father before being found Friday in a Danish port city.
In the afternoon, Grenoble prosecutor Eric Vaillant was not able to say when the mother and daughter would return to France, but the embassy in Denmark told AFP it had already taken steps for her return.

About thirty hours after her abduction, the girl was found Friday afternoon in Rodbyhavn, a city located a hundred kilometers south of Copenhagen in Denmark and crossing point for ferries from Germany.
According to Danish police, her captors, the girl's father and an accomplice, were arrested around 14:30 p.m. and Eya was able to be "brought to safety". On Friday night, Eric Vaillant had indicated that the girl was "as well as possible after such events".
