Drama on the roads of Provence. At the wheel of a car, a 76-year-old man hit two motorcycles and a camper in Sisteron (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), killing one and injuring three, according to information from BFMTV and Dauphiné Libéré. According to the first elements, the septuagenarian drove several meters before ending his race in the last vehicle.
The accident took place this Saturday, around 14 p.m. BFMTV reports that the driver of the car initially hit a 61-year-old motorcyclist who was evacuated to the hospital in Sisteron. 200 meters away, he collided again with another motorcycle.
17-year-old girl also injured
On the second motorcycle was a couple. A woman died while a man, seriously injured, was also transferred to the hospital in Sisteron. After these two collisions, the driver ended up in a motorhome, injuring a 17-year-old girl. Like the other two wounded, she was taken to the commune's hospital.
