This was to be his first public appearance since the terrible outcome of the case of the disappeared of Mirepoix (Ariège) in 2017. Barring a dramatic turn of events, Marie-José Montesinos, one of the two accused in the case of the murders of Christophe and Célia Orsaz, will not appear this Tuesday before the criminal court of Foix. And nothing has filtered on the reason for this absence. Prosecuted for theft, invasion of privacy and moral harassment, the sexagenarian, in provisional detention at the prison of Seysses (Haute-Garonne), was to appear before this court in January but the hearing had been postponed for a story of agenda.
