The facts date back to 2009. When he was mayor of Annonay, a commune in the Ardèche. The Minister of Labour, Olivier Dussopt will be tried next November for a case of award of a contract for water management, say judicial sources.
This PNF investigation concerns the award of a public contract in the late 2000s to Saur, a water treatment group, by the city of Annonay (Ardèche) of which Olivier Dussopt was then mayor. As revealed by Mediapart, a search had revealed "exchanges" between the elected and Saur "seeming to leave little doubt about the existence of an arrangement around a public market dated 2009-2010".
According to BFMTV, the hearing will be held from November 27 to 30 before the 32nd chamber of the Paris judicial court.
