Singer Bruno Mars will perform in Israel for the first time on Chol Hamoed Sukkot, the show's production, Live Nation Israel, announced on Wednesday. The performance will take place at Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv on October 4.
Mars, one of the biggest pop stars of the last generation, is behind huge hits such as "Uptown Funk", "Just the Way You Are", "Grenade", and "The Lazy Song" and has also collaborated on B.o.B's "Nothin' on You" and Travie McCoy's "Billionaire". In recent years, he has been part of the duo Silk Sonic, along with rapper Anderson Paak. He will arrive in Israel as part of an international tour, and three days earlier he is expected to perform in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Ticket prices are expected to be NIS 385 for the grass area, NIS 855 for the Golden area and NIS 955 for a VIP ticket. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased through the Live Nation community through the Ticketmaster website, and later everyone else will be able to do so. Certain discounts are given to credit card holders of Cal, American Express, MAX, Isracard, FlicCard and PowerCard.
