Biologists and officers from the Florida Wildlife and Fish Conservation Commission (FWC) "safely captured the adult bear" that was in a tree in Enchanted Kingdom Park, the FWC said in a statement.
According to local channel Fox 35, 15 attractions had been temporarily closed, including the famous "Haunted Mansion" or "Pirates of the Caribbean".

"In most cases, it is best to keep your distance from the bears and let them go on their own, but in view of the situation, the staff captured the animal and moved it out of the park" to an area of the Ocala National Forest, the FWC said. Details of how the bear managed to enter the park were not immediately known.

"In the fall, bears are more active in foraging to store fat stores for the winter. This particular bear was probably moving through (the park) looking for food," the FWC said. When asked, Walt Disney World referred to the FWC press release.
By the number of tourists it carries each year (17 million) Walt Disney World represents one of the economic lungs of Florida, extending over nearly 11,000 hectares, more than the area of Paris.
