Turin aims to become the capital of luxury cars, a segment that does not suffer crisis, but continues to grow. The international hypercar market alone has been valued at around $15.2 billion in 2021 and is estimated to reach $224.5 billion by 2031, with an annual growth rate of 31.1% (Allied Market Research, Syndigate Media). The first edition of Hypercar Event in Turin confirms its attention to the world of hypercars and super cars. The initiative is organized at Nuvola Lavazza by the Piedmont Region and the Chamber of Commerce with Ceipiemonte as part of the integrated projects of the Automotive & Transportation, Mechatronics, Aerospace and Piedmont Region Supply Chain, co-financed by the 2000-2020 Development and Cohesion Plan.
The world of sports and luxury cars is strongly rooted in the region: 69 Piedmontese companies and 20 international players represented by 57 suppliers. There are over 400 pre-organized ib2b in which the greatnames of luxury on four wheels take part for two days: Ferrari, Italdesign, AutomobiliPininfarina, Pininfarina, Lotus, Lotus Engineering, Jaguar LandRover, Punch, Mat - Manifattura Automobili Torino, KimeraAutomobili, Bermat, Casmin Group, Cecomp / Icona Design Group, Ericsson Automobile, ErreErre Fuoriserie, KW Special Projects, Automobili Maggiore, Elektron Motors, Mtd Italy, Zf. There will also be a conference on the latest trends in the segment. Six supercars designed and engineered and produced in Piedmont are exhibited: the New Stratos by Mat Manifattura Automobili Torino, Battista by Automobili Pininfarina, Evo37 by Kimera Automobili, ZerounoDuerta by Italdesign, Vulcano Titanium by Cecomp and H2 Speed by Pininfarina.
