Did a man take advantage of the obvious drunkenness of a young student, who was leaving a nightclub on the very chic Avenue Foch, in Paris (XVIth), on the night of September 16 to 17, to rape her on the sidewalk? According to our information, confirmed by the Paris prosecutor's office, a 31-year-old man was indicted for rape on Tuesday, and imprisoned in the aftermath. The victim, for his part, has no precise memories of the course of events. She was rescued thanks to the intervention of police officers on patrol, who came face to face with the alleged attacker abusing her.
