Terrible discovery on the beaches of the Atlantic coast. Tuesday morning, around 10:30, a body was found on the beach of Alexandre in Lacanau (Gironde), report our colleagues of South-West and Actu Bordeaux.
According to the same sources, the victim is a 39-year-old man. A French national, he had been missing since the day before. An investigation has been entrusted to the gendarmerie but the suicide trail is, at this stage of the investigation, privileged according to Sud-Ouest.
Tuesday morning, a user launched a search notice to try to find his little brother, missing in Lacanau. "Disturbing disappearance (farewell letter) of my little brother in Lacanau, Aurélien Large. He lives in Bordeaux. If anyone has any info, thank you in advance," wrote Marc Large on X (formerly Twitter). "I have the heavy task of announcing that it is the body of my little brother that was found on a beach," then announced the same user, thanking all the people who relayed his call for witnesses.
I have a heavy task to tell you that it is indeed the body of my little brother that was found on a beach. And to thank you all: on behalf of my brothers, frangine and parents.
Little brother you didn't want to mature.

Although there are many similarities between the wanted notice launched on social networks and the information relayed by our colleagues, the identity of the person found on a beach in Lacanau has not yet been revealed by the authorities.
