Three bodies were found in an apartment in Le Creusot (Saône-et-Loire), rue Maréchal-Foch this Friday evening, says Le Journal de Saône-et-Loire.
It was 22 p.m. when residents witnessed the intervention of about fifteen firefighters in an apartment on the first floor. The emergency services were reportedly alerted by a person who was worried that one of his relatives would no longer answer the phone.
Inside the dwelling, three bodies were discovered in a state of "cadaveric rigidity", says the daily. France Blue indicates that their death would go back "several days".
Victims would be friends
According to France 3, the victims are friends. Two of them would be 30 years old and the third would be 60 years old.
An investigation was opened by the public prosecutor of Chalon-sur-Saône. The Creusot firefighters, but also the national police, intervened. Autopsies must be carried out in order to know the circumstances of the tragedy.
