Aïssa Bendjaber, 66, nicknamed the robber at Borsalino is the only one to have asked this Saturday for a deferred debate before the judge of freedoms and detention (JLD). The sexagenarian, sentenced to 12 years in prison in his absence on September 11 for the robbery of the Chopard jewelry store, was therefore imprisoned after being indicted for robbery in an organized gang with a weapon, kidnapping and participation in a criminal association for having taken part in the robbery of the Piaget jewelry store, August 1st, rue de la Paix in Paris (IIe).
