Renault and Dacia have been jointly named winners of the 17th edition of the Best Customer Service 2024 competition in the Automotive Manufacturers category. Both Renault Group brands, in fact, won first place in their category with an overall score of 17.01/20, confirming a shared commercial strategy that focuses on customer experience.
The recognition of the two brands is the result of a mystery shopping campaign carried out for eight weeks across all Renault and Dacia communication channels with their customers, taking into account the daily demands of consumers, from phone calls to e-mails, through the search for information on the Internet, contacts established via social networks and chat conversations.
The award for the two brands was officially presented by Viséo Customer Insights to Sylvain Devos, Director of After-Sales, Trade and Quality France, at the Trianon Theatre in Paris. "We are honored to receive this recognition for the Renault and Dacia brands," said Devos, "named Customer Service for the year 2024. It is the result of work carried out together by our teams"
