Jewish-American actress and presenter Mayim Bialik strongly criticized women's organizations around the world for their silence regarding the rapes committed by Hamas terrorists on October 7. In a social media post, Bialik protested the deafening silence regarding the abuse of Israeli women. Bialik hosts the game show "Jeopardy!" and has appeared in "Blossom" and "The Big Bang Theory," has been nominated for four Emmy Awards and holds a PhD in neuroscience.
"There was a conspicuous and despicable failure by women's organizations around the world to unequivocally condemn the systematic rape and torture of women on October 7 by Hamas," Bialik wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "There have been cases of brutal gang rape, sexual torture and fetal murder. Where are all the 'believe them' voices?"

Bialik also criticized groups and organizations, including the United Nations Organization for the Advancement and Empowerment of Women, for their response to reports of rapes, transcendence and attacks on women by Hamas terrorists. "Those of us who fought for women's rights and sought to shout from the rooftops when war on women's bodies is used for the sadistic enjoyment of criminals are amazed at how silent the world is on this issue," Bialik wrote, adding: "Progressive feminists in the world - where are you?"
Bialik, a member of Haim Nachman Bialik's family, is a prominent supporter of Israel. Among other things, she spoke out last month against the lack of global support for Israel and its abductees. "My heart is big. My heart can contain love for Israel, the homeland of the Jewish people," she wrote in an Instagram post, alongside a photo of herself at the Western Wall. "My heart feels the immense pain and terror that the people of Israel are experiencing, and I share that pain. My heart feels fear because of the anti-Semitism that runs through this world with no end in sight. My heart is outraged by the lack of unanimous global support for the swift return of hostages taken by Hamas, the terrorist organization that terrorizes Israelis and Palestinians alike. My heart can hold it all. Can yours?" She concluded her remarks with the hashtag "Free the hostages."
