It is an important car for Hamilton, as it marked the transition from McLaren, where he had already found the world championship laurel, to Mercedes, a team with which he opened a cycle interspersed only by the world championship won by Rosberg in 2016.
In 2013 Hamilton took Schumacher's seat just as the star's single-seater was starting to be competitive, and with the one sold at auction, which has the F1W04-04 chassis, the English driver participated in 14 of the 19 races of the season, taking victory in the Hungarian GP, and third place in Malaysia, China and Belgium.
The car in question had 750 hp, in addition to the 80 provided at times by KERS, and raced in the last season in which F1 had naturally aspirated V8s with 2.4 liters of displacement, engines that would later give way to hybrid power units with a 6.1-liter V6 combustion engine.
