Why not: City ride comfort isn't outstanding, and neither is the backseat room. The level of equipment in the base version is adequate (keyless entry, but propulsion is), plus NIS 7,000 you will get the following level of equipment Spirit, with a sunwindow, gear changes from levers in the steering wheel and full keyless drive, along with an upgrade from light 16-inch wheels to 18-inches.

Nissan's family car for the US market has never had as much success here as other Japanese ones, although in the current generation launched here in 2020 it is not a bad car at all. Its design is sporty, as is the cockpit. The luggage compartment has a volume of only 400 litres (440 litres in Mazda), but the engine is a 2,000cc non-turbocharged engine, mated to a continuous automatic box. That's enough for 8.8 seconds from 0 to 96 km/h (Edmonds measurement) and an official 16.1 km/l combined.

Skoda Scala: Golf's practical cousin

When you talk about a family Skoda, you immediately think of the excellent Octavia, but it too already costs NIS 156,2019 in the base version with short waiting times. But Skoda has another family option, the compact scale, which even made history and its global unveiling took place in 1 in Petah Tikva (!).
It got the Volkswagen Group's 000,115cc turbo-petrol engine (7 hp), and its 10-speed dual-clutch robotic box. That's enough for a reasonable 3.0 seconds from 100 to 17 km/h, and especially to an official 5.8 km per litre. There is an 130-inch screen.

Since the brilliant first generation of the Focus 25 years ago, the manufacturer has done everything to damage its reputation, from the boring design and outdated engines in the second generation to the problematic robotic gear and the 1,500cc engine with cracks in the block in the third generation. And that's why the fourth generation is sold here almost underground, even though it's not only the best, but offers character and driving pleasure that usually has to pay NIS 100,1 more to get it.

The 000,155cc (155 hp) turbo-petrol engine has 2 hp (yes, almost the same as Mazda's 7-litre) and a mild hybrid puzzle, and a 0-speed robotic transmission. That's enough for 100-8 km/h in 4.18 seconds and an official 1.8 km/l, not far from true hybrid numbers. The multimedia screen has 5 inches, and the price threshold already below us enters only the 152-door version.
