2024-02-12T05:24:12.155Z

Highlights: Four men aged 24 to 40 appear this Monday and until February 20 before the Charente juvenile court in Angoulême. They are accused of having, between 2015 and 2017, racketeered, beaten and raped Philippe Jouy, now 52 years old. Two of the oldest defendants are being prosecuted for alleged rape, habitual violence and extortion of vulnerable people. A third, aged 30, is accused of rape. The debates should be held behind closed doors: the fourth man prosecuted for torture and barbaric acts was a minor at the time of the events.

The victim, a man now aged 52, suffered after-effects which left him disabled. Two of his attackers were on a list

The Fada Commando would rather have deserved the name Barbarian Commando.

Four men aged 24 to 40 appear this Monday and until February 20 before the Charente juvenile court in Angoulême - the youngest was not an adult when this case began.

They are accused of having, between 2015 and 2017, racketeered, beaten and raped Philippe Jouy, now 52 years old.

All belonged to Commando Fada, a group of supporters of ACFC, a local football club playing in National 2.
