The Turkish lira fell to a new record against the dollar, the euro and the British pound today, as a result of the Turkish regime's continued reckless foreign policy and its role in fueling the ongoing conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Reuters reported that the Turkish lira fell to 1.6 percent, which is the worst decline since last month, to become one of the worst performing currencies in the world.
The lira took a heavy hit from the strengthening of the dollar and traded near its lowest level against the US currency at 7 794.
The Turkish currency continues to deteriorate due to the deteriorating political and security conditions in the country due to the policies and repressive measures of the Erdogan regime that led to a decline in tourism and investments and a decrease in the country's foreign exchange earnings.
