Yes to responsible companies
" but not their cantons.
However, it took a double majority of states and people for the referendum to pass the ramp.

Switzerland missed an opportunity to impose effective regulations on multinationals to oblige them to protect human rights and the environment,
" Amnesty International said after the results.
It is therefore the government's indirect counter-project that will apply.
In particular, it plans to impose a fine of up to 100,000 Swiss francs on any company caught violating the UN guiding principles on business and human rights, without restricting the international activity of multinationals based.
