The ranking is prepared based on the opinion of 140,000 employees belonging to 350 companies. Pedidos Ya, Ualá, Cargill, Banco Macro, Molinos, Curtiembre Arlei and SAP are among the 10 best.
The awards event, after several years of online broadcasts, was once again held in person, so 500 CEOs and HR representatives from the country's main companies met at the Alvear Icon Hotel, in Puerto Madero, to know the ranking and celebrate.
