A man was taken into police custody on Wednesday March 27 after having slit the throat of his neighbor in Mandeure (Doubs) The Montbéliard prosecutor should request his placement in pre-trial detention against the individual described as “very cold” and “almost relieved” to have killed his victim. A few days before the tragedy, the victim had filed a complaint, following an altercation on her landing during which the suspect punched her.
“I slit his throat,” he reported to investigators while in police custody.
