Lutech Park West was inaugurated this morning, the new Milanese headquarters of the Lutech group. The offices are also part of an urban regeneration and architectural redevelopment project in a city area with a high growth rate.
The group closed 2023 with 1 billion euros of new orders, a record balance, also made possible thanks to an investment of 60 million in research and development activities, a timely M&A plan, and a further push to increase the workforce, currently 5,500 employees in Italy, with 737 employees in 2023. The company's growth continues in 2024, with the aim of 800 new hires by the end of the year. The headquarters spaces were conceived not only as a functional and modern workplace but as an open "hub" for stakeholders and the territory. They are located in the Sella Nuova district, a stone's throw from the Bisceglie metro, ready to host the company's professionals and partners.
