(ANSA) - TARANTO, MAY 08 - The 20-year prison sentence for two 19-year-old men and a 23-year-old accused of participating in the attacks on 66-year-old pensioner Manduria Cosimo Antonio Stano, who died on April 23, 2019, was requested in trial with the abbreviated rite before the gup of the court of Taranto Vilma Gilli. The three, based on the accusation supported by the prosecutor Remo Epifani, respond inconcorso and for various reasons of the crimes of torture aggravated by the addition of death, personal injury, beatings, harassment, theft, kidnapping and housebreaking.
