These are Aveyron, Calvados, Doubs, Eure, Gers, Indre-et-Loire, Marne, Haute-Marne, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Saône-et- Loire, Tarn, Vienne and Territoire de Belfort.

In total, 55 departments are now concerned in France.

The passage in an active circulation zone of the virus offers the prefects the possibility of taking the measures defined by article 50 of decree n ° 2020-860 of July 10 with in particular: limitation or even prohibition of gatherings, partial or complete closure of establishments receiving non-essential public (ERP), limitation of travel in a territory (100 km, department, city, etc.).
