(ANSA) - TEHRAN, OCTOBER 29 - Iran has recorded 8,293 new cases of coronavirus and another 399 deaths caused by the disease in the last 24 hours: the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Sima Lari, announced today.
The data bring the overall balance of infections to 596,941 since the beginning of the pandemic and that of victims to 34,113.
Currently 5,055 people are in intensive care, while another 472,598 have recovered.
To date 4,857,392 tests have been carried out in Iran.
