The "explosion" of cases pointed out by the World Health Organization continues to be felt in France.
Hospitals across the country recorded 363 deaths linked to Covid-19 in 24 hours, this Thursday, according to the daily report from the government and Public Health France.

In total, at least 39,037 people have died of this disease since the start of the epidemic in France, including 26,958 in hospitals.
Thursday, 4,230 patients were also in intensive care, with 447 new serious cases admitted.

Despite the application of containment, the coronavirus continues to spread among the population for the time being. In the past 24 hours, the authorities have detected 58,046 new patients. 2,989 patients had to be admitted to hospital, for a total of 28,426 hospitalized Covid-19 patients.
