The second edition of the
Festival del Futuro
kicks
off on November 19
, the event promoted by the Athesis publishing group, Excellence of Enterprise and Harvard Business Review, entitled "Drawing the new world", broadcast live on the Festival del Futuro websites (festivaldelfuturo.eu), the newspapers L'Arena, Il Giornale di Vicenza and Bresciaoggi, the TVs TeleArena and TeleMantova and Radio Verona, as well as on the respective Facebook pages and on the website of the ANSA agency.
The program for Thursday 19 November
The Festival begins on Thursday 19th November at 11 am with greetings from the President of the Athesis Publishing Group Gian Luca Rana, the President of Confindustria Verona Michele Bauli, the President of Veronafiere Maurizio Danese, the Mayor of Verona Federico Sboarina and the President of the Veneto Region Luca Zaia.
At 11.30 the first panel "The global challenge of health", in collaboration with the University of Verona and Humanitas, with Giuseppe Lippi, Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Clinical Molecular Biology at the University of Verona, Francesca Pasinelli, Director General of Telethon, Luciano Ravera , CEO of Humanitas, and Andrea Crisanti, Full Professor of Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology at the University of Padua.
At 12.30 the first keynote speech of the festival on the great challenge of 5G technology, by Sabrina Baggioni, 5G Program Director of Vodafone.
At 1.30 pm the panel continues with the “5G applications and possible scenarios” panel, in collaboration with Confindustria Vicenza.
Filippo Miola, Innovation and Factory 4.0 Delegate of Confindustria Vicenza, and Stefano Quintarelli, IT entrepreneur, member of AI European Expert Group, Chairman of the AGID steering committee, talk.
At 2.30 pm the theme changes with the panel "Climate change: the challenge of sustainability begins now", in collaboration with Asvis and Futura Network, with Donato Speroni, general secretary of ASviS, Roberta Marracino, Head of Group ESG Strategy & Impact Banking of UniCredit, Federico Fraboni, Sustainability Manager of Calzedonia Group, Carlo Alberto Pratesi, Full Professor of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability at Roma Tre University, and Daniela Bernacchi, Secretary General of Global Compact Network Italy.
"Between digital and sustainability: a new trajectory for companies" is the panel on the agenda at 3.45 pm, in collaboration with Confindustria Verona.
