This Monday, Public Health France counted 3,582 new infections with the new coronavirus and 310 deaths from the consequences of Covid-19.
In detail, these 310 new deaths occurred at the hospital, bringing the total of deaths linked to Covid-19 to 68,060 (in hospitals and in social and medico-social establishments).
24,812 patients are currently being treated in hospital due to infection, up from 24,526 on Sunday, and 24,962 seven days ago.
Among them, 2,666 patients are in intensive care, against 2,620 on Sunday, and 2,657 seven days ago.
High contamination
Regarding contamination, they remain high for a Monday, with 3,582 new positive tests counted in the last 24 hours, against 4,022 seven days ago.

Vigilance therefore remains in order, even if, at this stage, the government excludes re-containment and instead favors curfews to limit contamination.
