Funeral chapel at the Cagliari stadium to contain the crowd who will want to pay their last respects to Gigi Riva, the Scudetto striker who passed away last night at the age of 79.
While the funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon in the Basilica of Bonaria.
The decision was made by family members, the Municipality and the Prefecture during a meeting this morning.

The choice was based on the need for a symbolic place to welcome the thousands of people who will be in Cagliari to greet Rombo di Tuono.
