Funeral chapel at the Cagliari stadium to contain the crowd who will want to pay their last homage to Gigi Riva, the Scudetto striker who passed away yesterday evening at the age of 79.
While the funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon in the Basilica of Bonaria.
The decision was made by family members, the Municipality and the Prefecture during a meeting this morning.
Times still to be defined.
The choice is based on the need for a symbolic place to welcome the thousands of people who will be in Cagliari to greet Rombo di Tuono.
