The Rome court has ordered the measure of special surveillance for Rudy Guede, the 36-year-old Ivorian citizen already convicted in the past for the murder of Meredith Kercher in November 2007. Last December, it was applied to the man by the Prosecutor's Office of Viterbo the electronic bracelet and the ban on approaching his ex-partner who had reported him for episodes of violence suffered.
The man was released from prison in 2023 after approximately 13 years of detention.
