Hernandez died in a hospital four days after being beaten by Lyle, which was a dramatic turn in the case against the actor, who has been under house arrest in Miami, with electronic shackle and no passport since last April 9. Lyle's brother-in-law got out of the car and argued with Hernandez. He was arrested hours later at the Miami airport although he was released after depositing a bond.

The victim died four days later in a hospital from a brain injury caused by trauma.
