(CNN Spanish) - Mexican actor Pablo Lyle, accused of involuntary manslaughter for beating a man who subsequently died during an argument on a Miami street, appeared again in the Court of Judicial Circuit 11 of Miami Dade.

During the hearing before a new judge, Marlene Fernandez-Karavestos, the defense requested that the actor be allowed to travel to Mexico during the process, arguing that for 10 months, when the incident occurred, Lyle has not been able to work or see all his family, has had good behavior, has not missed any court hearing when he has been required and has even traveled to Mexico and returned to appear before the authorities.

On the other hand, the prosecutor who takes the case, Rachel Morales, explained to the judge that since Pablo Lyle has a tourist visa, he worries that he will not be allowed to enter the United States and cannot appear before the Court.

Judge Fernandez-Karavastos, after the defense and prosecutor's arguments, summoned a new hearing for next Wednesday, January 22, at which time she said she will make a decision on whether or not Pablo Lyle will be allowed to travel to Mexico while waiting for your trial.

Currently, the actor, who pleaded not guilty, is under house arrest after paying a bail of US $ 50,000 for the incident on March 31, 2019, when he got out of the car that his brother-in-law was driving and, during an altercation with another driver, hit him in the face and four days later he died.
