A study by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and State presents a map of the links between the bodies that are suing Israel and the US with terrorist organizations - and one of them linking the prosecutor with the basics • One of the researchers: "The relationship between the causes behind the lawsuits indicates the political dimension of the move"

The organizations that have filed lawsuits against Israel and the United States at the International Criminal Court in The Hague for allegedly committing war crimes against the Palestinians and Afghanistan - are linked to each other as well as to terrorist organizations, a new study by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and State reveals.

According to the study, key figures in the delegitimization fight against Israel, factors related to the terrorist organization "Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine" - which is included in the lists of US and EU terrorist organizations - play a major role in the cooperation between these organizations. In addition, the study reveals that the prosecutor of the Pato International Criminal Court is in close contact with one of these organizations.

Among the organizations filed in 2017 in the Hague Tribunal against the United States for alleged war crimes in Afghanistan can be found the "International Human Rights Federation", based in Paris, and the "Center for Legislative Rights", headquartered in New York. The hearing precedes Bensuda's request to open an investigation against the United States based on the claims filed. The prosecutor's organizations have intensified their pressure on the tribunal, which gave it a month ago to allow the US to open an investigation against the United States, a move that has led the US administration to intensify the sanctions against the International Court officials involved in this investigation.

Among the organizations that appealed to the Hague Tribunal in a lawsuit to open an investigation against Israel are Al-Haq, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Al-Mizizan and Al-D-Mir. The study states that these organizations have ties to the terrorist organization "Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine" and "are as far from human rights organizations as they falsely present themselves."

The Al-Khak, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights and Mizan are members of the International Human Rights Federation. Shawan Jabarin, director of "Alhak", is the Secretary General of the International Federation. In the past he was a senior figure in the ranks of the "Popular Front," and was sentenced several times to prison terms by Israel. The Israeli Supreme Court has also defined Jabarin as "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" in the context of disguising his terrorist activities with a degree of human rights work.

Former Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation, Raji Surani was formerly the director of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights. Nada Kiswanson, a Swedish lawyer of Palestinian descent, and Katherine Gallagher representing US civil prosecutors before the Hague Tribunal, were involved in drafting the Palestinian appeal to the ICJ. Kiswanson was previously director of the Alhaq Office in The Hague, She worked to file complaints against Israel in the International Court of Justice. Gallagher, who is now the representative of the victims in the case against Israel, was a member of the Palestinian delegation who submitted the Palestinian opinion and reports to the tribunal.

The Center for Legislative Rights also supported the Palestinian appeal to the Hague Tribunal to open an investigation against Israel, and hosted Jabarin and Surani in 2016 in a meeting with the organization's leaders.

The study, conducted by Brigadier General Yossi Copperwasser and Daniel Dyker, points out that the neutrality of the Plaintiff General in Basda is questionable because of her close relationship in recent years with the "International Human Rights Federation."
