We are entering a period of great international instability on the epidemiological level with regard to Covid-19.
The past week has seen the highest number of reported cases worldwide.
Mortality in Latin America is catastrophic.
It is also very high in India.
It is strong in the United States, which did not get out of the epidemic all summer.
We are very close in Europe to an epidemiological situation which can get out of hand at any time, as in Israel or in many states of the United States.

All the experience we have gained from Covid-19 during the first wave shows that the countries which reacted the earliest, the most strongly and the longest were able to achieve the best results: fewer clusters, fewer cases, less congestion in their hospitals, fewer deaths.
