The week starts with good news: For the first time since autumn, the trend towards ever higher infection numbers seems to have stopped in Germany.
The music to accompany today's corona summit of the Chancellor with the 16 prime ministers has changed -
Angela Merkel (actually) no longer has to be the conductor of a panic orchestra
, and the strict “lockdowner” Söder no longer has to play first fiddle A circumstance that suits the possible candidate for chancellor in view of the growing resistance to the policy of locking up.
It is not Bavarians who have to sharpen selectively, but others.

Unfortunately, it is still too early to give the all-clear.
But neither is this the time of the Lauterbachs, who would like to switch off the economy.

It would be more important that politicians finally get the vaccination chaos under control.
