The technical workshops of the Qamishli Electricity Department have completed the maintenance and repair of 7 transmission centers in the city of Qamishli, and have restored 5 20 / kV voltage lines to service.
In a statement to SANA, the head of the Qamishli Electricity Department, Engineer Hussein al-Ayed, stated that the aim of the maintenance and repair work, which included transmission centers and power lines that were damaged due to overloads, was to ensure the continuity of the electrical current and avoid faults that cause power outages, especially in the winter season.
He pointed out that the repairs included the Assyrian Mousbak centers, Ali Aref, Luli, the employees, Muqbel al-Zaytuna, the Gulf Garden and Rawdat al-Armenian centers, and the 20 / kV tension lines, namely “Silos, Ahmad Shawqi, al-Maqar, Umm al-Fursan and Qadisiyah.
