We will have to wait a fortnight more.
The General Assembly of the Paris Ile-de-France Football League (1,200 clubs, 280,000 licensees) which should have elected the new president on Saturday 19 December has been postponed to Tuesday 5 January.
“During the Steering Committee on Saturday December 12, 2020, convened urgently by President Sandjak and after consultation with all the members and District Presidents, it was decided unanimously, given the last and strong uncertainties that weigh on the organization of the General Assembly scheduled for December 19, to postpone it to Tuesday January 5, 2021 at 7 p.m. and to convene it electronically, ”the body said in a statement on Sunday.
As a reminder, three lists will be in the running.
