The social network has announced that it is exploring Dark Mode design for a limited number of users around the world • It should save battery and be more pleasing to the eyes
The Facebook app is the only one that doesn't currently have Dark Mode, as opposed to the browser version and other social networking apps - Messenger, Wattsap, and Instagram - that have been boasting about black design for a long time. Yesterday, the social network confirmed to SocialMedia Today that it is testing the new interface with a limited number of users around the world.
Some users who experiment and receive the new design shared screenshots on social networks. However, according to a company spokesperson, there is currently no official date for Facebook to release the new look to all users, and probably has to wait a long time.

The difference between dark mode and standard design is saving battery life, assuming you have an OLED screen. Another benefit is that for our part, it makes the eyes more pleasing, because the screen is less bright and dazzling, improves the visibility of the text and reduces the blue light emitted from the screens.
