The Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality has embedded the system of Carbyne technology company at the 106-plus Municipal Service Center, which allows residents to report to the municipal center any danger or incident in the city, while broadcasting live video, location-based chat or correspondence with the stakeholder.

Carbyne's technology is built on real-time infrastructure, enabling streamlining of work with centers of civilian security agencies and municipalities while locating the exact location of the report. In addition, the system produces a kind of panel that allows you to see the hourly, day of the week, and location of the call, thereby helping to prioritize events.

"Tel Aviv-Jaffa is one of the smartest cities in the world. It is a great honor that Carbyne chooses to communicate in real time with its residents and visitors from Israel and around the world," says Amir Elihai, founder and CEO of Carbyne. Receive the call with the hotline's authority to exercise discretion and have a video call with the resident in real time.

The video call can have a variety of reasons, such as when a car blocks private parking, when street doors or junkies block entry into residential buildings, or just a pit that is opened on the sidewalk and the meaning and risk must be sharpened against the focal point and the municipality and even when a resident feels in danger.

If this type of call is decided, a call center resident will send a link in the message (SMS) or Watsap, and when the link is clicked by the resident, a live video call will begin. Also, if the resident cannot speak due to danger or any other reason, there is the possibility of a correspondence with the service representative.

In this step of implementing the system, the Tel Aviv-Jaffa municipality joins many countries in the world using this technology, including the US, Mexico and Brazil, with the aim of increasing the sense of security in the city and providing quick service to residents.

For example, in Mexico City, the technology has assisted with a 42 percent drop in ambulance or security patrol, a 35 percent drop in idle calls to various locations and an increase in veteran citizens' calls in Mexico City. In addition, emergency centers in Mexico have reported a reduction in crime rates as a result of the use of technology, and dedicated focal points have been set up to address domestic and female violence in particular.
