The 202 break, after the war, with the version called 'canadienne' for its wooden structure, achieved innovative aesthetic solutions. All 'long' Peugeots are designed to mount a very large luggage rack with six anchor points, very useful for loading holiday luggage, especially when seven are traveling inside. In the sixties and seventies, with the economic boom, a wide range of long models arrived on the list, from the 404 Break, Commercial, Family, to the small 204 Break, to pass in the following decade to the 304 Break and the 504 Break Commercial and Family. Today, in the midst of the digital era, the French house always keeps its range of 'long' versions on the list even if they are no longer called Break or Familiare but SW.
