A new leak reveals images of the Google Pixel 5, Google's flagship smartphone, sparking a wave of rumors about the device's features yet to be launched. The photos were published by serial leaker OnLeaks, and they show the design in full, along with some details about its technical specifications.

First, one thing is undisputed - design. According to the published image, it can be seen that Google is giving up the top edge we saw in the previous generation, and on the upper left side of the screen will incorporate a "hole" for the selfie camera - an idea that apparently took from Samsung.

Most reports say that the Pixel 5 will come with a 5.7-inch OLED screen, while others claim that it may actually incorporate a 6-inch display and more. Meanwhile, it may uncertainly come with a Snapdragon 765G processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 4,000mAh battery.

However, in the photography segment, it is estimated that the main photo sensor on the back of the device will be made by Sony in a quality of 12.2 megapixels, and in the front, Google will integrate a front camera (selfie) with a resolution of 8 megapixels. Meanwhile, rumors say that the company will introduce another smartphone, Pixel 4a 5G, which will come with slightly different data.

For example, some rumors on the net claim that it will come with a larger screen than that of the Pixel 5, alongside those that state the exact opposite. Alongside this, the Pixel 4a 5G will likely incorporate 6GB of working memory and a 3,800 mAh battery.

The various cellular companies have always accustomed us to the fact that their smartphones need to receive a significant upgrade every year in order to be of better quality and more powerful. Then last year Google came along - and changed the rules of the game. At the event, the company said without fear that the hardware is not in the first place, and it seems that the same trend will continue this year as well.

So basically Google broke the tools and proved that in order for a smartphone to work properly it does not have to have a blown up specification and it is desirable that the software be in the first place, just as Apple has always done.
