Eight and a half months later, what memories of those fateful minutes remain for those present around him? To try to revive their memory, seventeen witnesses were summoned this Thursday March 28 early in the morning to the scene of the tragedy. Members of Émile's maternal family, including his grandparents who then had custody of him and some of his young aunts and uncles. But also neighbors. Others only participated in the initial searches, even before the grandmother called the gendarmerie at 6:12 p.m. Everyone has at least one piece of the puzzle.
