The Haute-Garonne Assize Court sentenced Patrick Canié this Friday March 29 to twenty years of criminal imprisonment for the murder of Henri


Twenty years of criminal imprisonment for having killed his disabled neighbor and friend, a sentence heavier than the requisitions of the attorney general. The jurors of the Haute-Garonne Assize Court were not convinced by the explanations of Patrick Canié, 58, who confessed thirteen years after the facts to being the murderer of Henri Rozès on May 6, 2007 in their residence of Plaisance-du-Touch. Now aged 58, he claimed to have been overtaken by his conscience.
